A bunch of photas has been published now. A few of great Robbie Fulks at Akkurat last night, and a bunch of Jims Combo at Roots and Blues festival last spring. A bit late for the latter ones, I know, but better late than never! Enjoy!

On the Home-page of PapaBlues.com there is now a new featured, a list of featured stuff, photos, gigs, bands, festivales etc. This is stuff that I have choosen myself to be of special interest, at least to me. Have a look and see what you think, I am also working on some more things, along the lines of this, to make the site a bit more interesting.

Bar Berlin in Stockholm is located at Skånegatan 71 on Södermalm and the second and last monday of the Month, Anna Bergman is DJ'ing, playing a lot of Blues, Roots, Rock and diverse old-style stuff. This is a recommended gig, the place is small but cozy, very friendly, and Anna has a lot of cool music, ranging from the obvious to the completely unexpected.

It's great to see some new festivals coming, in particular as this year we are loosing the one in Norrtälje, and there are problems at the one in Åmål (the venue has burnt down), so Dusty Road Blues Festival in Tidaholm is a nice addition. The only issue is that it is the same weekend as the festivals in Mönsterås and Tranås, which means May 28 - 29 (although Dusty Road Blues also has gigs on Sunday May 30).

This said, the lineup in Tidaholm looks good.
